Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that does not fit.
If you order the same model again in a different color or size, we can ensure that you can keep any discount that may have been granted on the original order.
The returned item will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged.
